Show up when AI recommends
More and more people ask an AI assistant where to go, where to stay and where to invest. If a place doesn't show up in those answers, it doesn't get considered.
An AI chatbot for visitors
At Destination Vancouver I led and drove the organization's AI-powered visitor servicing chatbot. The team built and launched it, and it answers visitors' questions about the city on the Destination Vancouver website.
That project was part of a bigger move into AI, from visitor servicing to AI visibility to adoption across the whole organization.
- AI visibilityHow your place shows up in ChatGPT, Gemini, Google and Claude, and what to do about it.
- AI strategyWhere AI fits in your organization, what to do first and what to leave for later.
- AI in daily workPractical tools your team will actually use, from visitor servicing to content.
- Board and leadership briefingsPlain-language sessions on what AI means for your business.
See how AI talks about you
GEOrge is the generative engine optimization tool I built. It asks the AI apps your customers use the questions they actually ask, then tracks whether you're mentioned, where you rank and which sources the answers lean on.
- ChatGPT
- Gemini
- Google AI Mode
- Claude
